With a background in Sports Psychology and sports coaching John has coached World Champions and Olympic medalists. For the last 35 years he has been training and coaching the corporate world in performance improvement.
In 2013 after a serious bout of anxiety and depression brought on by extreme stress, John began studying ways of helping people deal with the huge pressures the world is placing on them. He quickly discovered the emerging area of mindfulness and recognised it's potential in reducing stress and calming the mind.
His knowledge of neuroscience coupled with his background in sports psychology and coaching have given him a unique and powerful approach to therapy.
John specialises in helping people use mindfulness practices to:
